By accessing or using the Preplume website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Preplume provides a platform for learning and practising data structures and algorithms (DSA), including problem sets, progress tracking, revision tools, and related features. Some content and features are available only to registered users; premium features require a paid subscription.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Plans and pricing: We offer subscription plans (e.g. Premium) with one-time payment for lifetime access. Pricing may differ by region (e.g. India vs overseas). The applicable price and currency are shown on the subscription page before you pay.
Payment processing: Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments or other authorised payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and to provide accurate payment information. We do not store your full card or payment credentials; processing is handled securely by the payment provider.
Completion of purchase: Your subscription is activated only after we confirm successful payment. If payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend or revoke access until the matter is resolved.
Refunds: Refund policy is as stated at the time of purchase or on the subscription page. For one-time lifetime access, refunds may be considered in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law. Contact us for refund requests.
Taxes: Prices are as displayed; you are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or others' accounts; scrape, copy, or redistribute content in bulk without permission; use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose; circumvent payment or access controls; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
The Service, including its design, content (excluding user-generated content), and software, is owned by Preplume or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Problem statements and other learning materials may be subject to third-party rights; we do not grant you rights beyond use on our platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or that the content will lead to any particular outcome (e.g. job placement or exam results). Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preplume and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any payment or subscription. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service or payments shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if no payment, one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100)).
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
For questions about these Terms or the Service, contact us through the contact form on our website or at the email address provided there.
